Ross Nutchey
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry I have held a variety of roles and worked on hundreds of individual projects ranging from domestic extensions to multi-million pound apartment complexes and large scale infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
I started my career working for a small architectural and structural engineering practice specialising in fast paced retail projects, individual restaurants and bespoke smaller scale apartment developments.
During the mid-2000s I moved onto new opportunities completing several large scale infrastructure projects in the Middle East both in Dubai and Iraq.
In 2008 I took the step to move into the main contracting sphere as a design manager working for several national main contractors where I successfully completed projects ranging from schools, offices and large scale residential apartment developments.
After 13 years in main contracting I took the decision to step back into the design side of the construction industry and join the family business alongside my father bringing my wide range of varied project experience.
David Nutchey
I have over 50 years of experience in the building industry and have worked both in the UK and overseas. For the first years of my working life I worked for major house building companies both in office based and site based roles.
For the next 10 years I worked in the Middle East initially for a firm of consulting engineers and then for a contracting company. Projects varied including hospitals, International hotels, a hydraulics laboratory, multi-storey commercial buildings, bank headquarters, a conference centre and a news agency building.
On returning to the UK I joined a small consulting engineers practice and worked on projects for London Underground, Railtrack, several office developments and a hotel complex in Portugal. In 2006 I set up the family business initially working on a multi £billions project in Dubai and then on various projects in Iraq.
For the last 12 years the business has concentrated on housing projects, mainly in West London and the South of the UK.
